Jon Antonucci

Jon’s Story

Jon Antonucci discovered his entrepreneurial drive early, launching small ventures and quickly stepping into leadership roles. By his late teens, he was trusted to teach and manage over 500 martial arts students across 15 classes. At 19, however, a poor decision led to his incarceration, presenting serious challenges that ultimately reshaped his outlook and character.

During more than a decade in prison, Jon dedicated himself to growth and service. He completed multiple degrees and professional certifications, deepened his faith, and became a key contributor to the Inmate Peer Program, where he designed and facilitated rehabilitation classes that equipped others with the tools to successfully re-enter society.

Since his release, Jon has built an accomplished career as a training manager for an international specialty logistics company, a consultant for multi-million-dollar businesses, and a keynote speaker. He now pursues his passion for equipping others through leadership consulting, corporate training, and workshops that emphasize servant-minded leadership rooted in love.
